The next step is estimating. Once we have your list, we’ll get the pricing done. We are always mindful that you have a budget. This usually means that once we have prices, we’ll be getting back to you about making choices regarding your initial selections. We will work with you to finalize all aspects of this estimate to your satisfaction prior to advancing to the next phase.
We use the latest software available to produce a detailed estimate of the entire construction process. You will be given a copy of this as part of your contract in the case of a Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract. Our estimating software integrates with our accounting package, giving us the ability to provide you with up-to-the-minute details regarding the financial status of construction.
